Welcome to the West Carroll Recreation Council. The West Carroll Recreation Council
serves the communities of New Windsor, Union Bridge and surrounding areas.

Meetings
|
The West Carroll Recreation Council holds meetings the second Monday of every
month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are located at the Old New Windsor School / Library
Headquarters, across from the New Windsor Fire Department. We welcome and
encourage the community to support and participate in our monthly meetings. The
West Carroll Recreation Council strives to increase community involvement!
